BARTOLOTTA RESTAURANT AT WYNN LAS VEGAS

Bartolotta

bartolotta reservation

The chef behind the Wynn's Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare is a true culinary genius. The menu he created is complex and diverse to court all palates. His seafood dishes are made from fish flown in each day from Italy, so they reach an unparalleled level of authenticity.

Whole fish are sold by weight at Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare, but there are non-seafood dinner choices as well. One of the menus highlights is Agnolotti del plin, which comes from the Piedmont province in Italy. Another is a fantastic pasta e fagiolu soup, arguably one of the best soups in Las Vegas.

There are usually several courses in an Italian meal, there enough choices on the menu to follow Italian tradition. You can end your meal with a light dessert, such as strawberry salad or mascarpone sorbetto.

The setting of Bartolotta di Mare is chic and elegant, so you need not worry about the atmosphere interfering with your meal. The dim lighting adds an element of romance to any meal. Further, Bartolotta's entrance is framed by two antique terra cotta urns. If that doesn't set an authentic tone, I don't know what would. Bartolotta also has a second, lower level with that overlooks a picturesque lake surrounded by cabana tables.

For an authentic experience without leaving the United States, hop on over to Las Vegas and book a reservation at Bartolotti di Mare. You won't be disappointed.

Dissed at Bartolattas
Review by james T. on Nov 14
A group of 8 were provided with the standard high priced menu and when we asked for the special Taste of Wynn for $69.50 which was promiently posted on a large sign in the entrance, were told that it was only provided by special request. After this, all the palaver of the waters disappeared and we were dissed. The food is mediocre and Bouchon at Palazzo is a much better in food and service. A couple in our party didn't like Bartolatta several years ago and this confirmed their impression. - ( Bartolotta Restaurant Review )

As Good as it gets anywhere!
Review by Frank L. on Feb 26
Bartolatta is one of my top 3 restuarants in the World, the other two are Esca in NYC, and Di'Gacoma's in Milan. But until I get to Sicily I don't think any one is going to knock these 3 off the top of my top 3 list and even if they do they will always remain favorites because it's Italain seafood as good, as fresh and as authentic as it gets!
