HACHI RESTAURANT LAS VEGAS
Contemporary but casual, the newest addition to the culinary family at Red Rock Resort and Casino is a sure bet for people just looking to relax. Whether you're in the mood for a drink, or for a meal in the dining room, or for sushi at the sushi bar, you are welcome at Hachi. There are even three private tatami mat rooms with ground-level seating. Your night will be fun and even a little sexy if you allow it to be.
The staff at Hachi is very pleasant and helpful. They'll guide you to some of the more interesting menu items and drinks so that your experience is better than you expected. There are some interesting menu items, such as the Lychee Martini garnished with an edible orchid blossom.
Beef sashimi and toro tartare stand out among the cold items. As far as warm foods go, there is an extensive list of vegetables and seafood that can be ordered as tempura and more. For an unusual entree you could try broiled Chilean sea bass in saikyo miso. If you can't make up your mind, order the chef's tasting menu.
Hachi's decor is inspired by quintessentially Japanese symbols. One side of the room is covered in pictures of sakura and there is a giant chandelier with cherry blossom shaped pink glass; simply elegant. Enjoy a relaxed hour or two at Hachi before moving on with your night.
