The BaySide Buffet is part of the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. Differing from other hotel buffets, Bay Side offers a wide-open room with beautiful views of the tropical water garden from the wall to ceiling windows. This along with the beautiful plants, sculptures and the light and airy feel offer a comfortable, less stuffy approach to dining than the typical buffet that you might find in Las Vegas.
