When the Vegas pools close in October, we get asked, what is a fun daytime activity on Saturdays? We invariably say the famous day party called the LAVO Party Brunch!

The LAVO party brunch is a Saturday brunch on steroids. If you tune in at noon, you will think you are at a Sunday after-church meal, but come back at 3 PM, and the place will be in full party mode, complete with party favors, crazy costumes and décor, confetti, and over-the-top bottle popping presentations.

LAVO is the premier daylife experience. They play Open-Format music. Open Format music is Hip Hop, EDM Club hits, Latin night tunes, and Top 40 tracks. The day starts with chill lounge music, then the lights dim, and the party begins. Go-go dancers appear, the party gets fired up, and "the crowd goes wild"! What are the Benefits of the Guest List?

The clubs use the guest list to fill the room. The incentive is no cover or a reduced cover to get customers in early and get them drinking. For listed customers, for most days, entry is usually free for ladies.

For listed customers, most days, entry is usually free for both Vegas girls and guys. Guys, you will have to pay a reduced cover charge on larger artist events, but ladies are still complimentary. On days when they do allow guys on the guest list, you will need an even ratio of guys to ladies or more ladies than guys, but not the other way around.

Be aware that holiday events are almost always jam-packed, and they typically cut the guest list altogether. If they have a list, it might have some crazy rules, like ladies only for an hour from 11 AM to noon. Your best bet on big weekends is tickets. Tickets will guarantee you entry. The guest list will not ask your Las Vegas promoter for more information.

**LAVO Brunch requires an even ratio on the guest list on many Saturdays, meaning the same number of ladies and men in a group, or more ladies than men, but not more men than ladies. Most of the time, THE LIST IS LADIES ONLY.

*** On some days, the pool offers an open bar or drink ticket for ladies for a fixed amount of time. We will be happy to set you up with that.

When there is a popular artist or event on Saturdays, they will usually have a hefty cover. For men, you can expect $100+ each, and ladies are usually $50+ each. Get on the guestlist for:

• Ladies comp admission.
• Men comp or reduced.
• We recommend early arrival before 11 AM as they tend to close the guest list early.
• Hard cut-off for the list at 2 PM unless they close it early.

What Should I Wear to LAVO Brunch?

While all nightclubs and Las Vegas pools have a similar dress code, management will leave the decision to the discretion of the doorman to determine if you are dressed appropriately. Ladies, bikinis or one-piece suits, and coverups are necessary for walking to and from the casino and the pool. Guys, swim shorts only, no khakis, jeans, jean shorts, or pants. Regular tank tops are fine if they aren't "wife-beaters." Gym shoes, flip-flops, sandals, hats, and sunglasses are permitted. If you have any questions, ask your VIP host connection. Note: You will likely not get entry into the club if you wear "Air Jordans," so don't "poke the bear!"
