TROPICANA HOTEL LAS VEGAS
|
|
| |
For a taste of Las Vegas' famed glamour, look no further than the Las Vegas Tropicana Hotel. Well known for its showgirls, lagoons, and waterfalls, Tropicana is located at the same crossroads as the MGM Grand, The Excalibur, and New York-New York. This corner, Tropicana Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard, is well known as the 'billion-dollar quartet'.
The Tropicana's amenities to guests are plentiful, offering guests a lively casino, lounges, and a champagne brunch. The casino is 61,000 square feet of gaming excitement with a poker room, Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and slot machines. In addition there is a 24-seat race and sports book-with all these options the Tropicana serves all gaming needs. And here's an unusual amenity: a swim-up blackjack table open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Tropicana was the first Las Vegas hotel to offer in pool gambling.
The main show at the Tropicana Hotel, the Folies Bergere, is one of the most glamorous (and the longest running!) on the strip with showgirls and elaborate costumes. But the fun doesn't stop with these famous showgirls. Other entertainment options include The Comedy Stop (featuring hot new comedy talent), and Xtreme Magic Starring Dirk Arthur.

We did not stay there but did go there a lot. We really liked the Tropicana. We had a drink in the bar and went to the Titanic Exihibit which is wonderful. Next time we go to Vegas we are staying at the Tropicana.
