Virgin Hotels is a brand of hotels created by Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group, launched in 2010. Virgin Las Vegas (formerly known as the Hard Rock Hotel is a 4-star hotel just minutes from the Strip. After a $200 million renovation, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas debuted on March 25, 2021. The hotel includes 1,504 rooms, and the casino portion is known as Mohegan Sun Casino, operated by Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment, an affiliate of the Mohegan Tribe, the first Native American tribe to operate a Las Vegas casino.

While the resort's target demographic consists of people ages 25 to 48, it's still a place you should check out no matter how old you are. The Virgin Hotel has a lot to offer everyone.

Restaurants & Bars

Afters – open from noon till midnight every day, playing EDM and hip-hop music and scooping up handcrafted ice cream, which includes creations like Milk and Cereal, Cookie Monster, and new offerings such as Breakfast Java Monster ice cream and their signature "Milky Bun ™," made with two warm glazed donuts stuffed with their famous ice cream. 

Casa Calavera – combines traditional Mexican cuisine. It includes a main dining room, a full-service bar, and an outdoor patio overlooking the pool.

Commons Club Lounge - designed for people to gather and enjoy an extensive but highly curated wine list. Featuring locally-sourced wine by the glass menu, beers, craft brews, and signature cocktails that reflect Virgin's English heritage, but with influences of the ever-present cocktail culture that is only in Las Vegas. This lounge also serves high tea.

Desert Star – located on the casino floor, here guests can enjoy craft beer and creative cocktails while playing their favorite table games and video poker.

Dunkin' – hot regular/decaf/flavored coffee, iced regular/decaf/flavored coffee, donut, bagel, and muffins.

Funny Library Coffee Shop – guests can take a seat in this communal workspace, open their laptop, or grab a book off the shelf.  Featuring coffee, pastry, or fresh and healthy lite bites. 

Heat – cocktails served in an intimate atmosphere located in the high-limit gaming section, plus video poker.

Kassi Beach House – serves authentic coastal Italian cuisine alongside a refreshing wine, beer, and cocktail menu. Kassi Beach House can be accessed from the pool, with select poolside seating available.

Money, Baby! – Food Network star and Culinary Director Chef Beau MacMillan, Executive Chef Peter McQuaid, and Director of Beverage, Sheldon Wiley, have created an all-star lineup of food & beverage designed to enjoy while cheering on your favorite team or sitting with friends and family for a more formal meal. The space with its sports bar vibe features state-of-the-art golf simulators with a variety of interactive games, more than 200 HDTVs providing a 360-degree sports viewing experience, a sportsbook that transitions into an energetic lounge at night, happy face graffiti, and funky geometric fencing that seamlessly flows onto an expansive patio with cornhole, lawn games, and fire pits.
