BLUE MARTINI LOUNGE LAS VEGAS

The Blue Martini Nightclub is a spectacular hybrid club—restaurant, bar, and nightclub. Blue Martini Nightclub makes its home at Town Square, just off the Las Vegas Strip, so it is easy to find. Future clubgoers walking around the mall; people looking for a trendy, non-Strip place to spend an evening; and people who have heard the good rumors about the Blue Martini all tend to congregate there, making it a very popular nightclub.

There are four bars in the Blue Martini nightclub, so you there will have almost unlimited access to the club's namesake drink: the martini. Don't be fooled into thinking that martinis are the only drinks available though. The bartenders can make just about any drink you dream up. Blue Martini also has an extensive menu and bottle service available. Should the mood strike you (and as long as you are willing to hit the patio), you can score a cigar from Blue Martini's humidor.

Atmosphere is important for any club, and at Blue Martini nightclub that atmosphere is upscale and modern. The dark, cherry colored tabletops and lighting accents of blue and red combine to create a surprisingly relaxed atmosphere.

The relaxed atmosphere does not mean that the club is low on excitement—quite the opposite. Blue Martini boasts a stage for nightly live performances. It's right behind the largest bar and across from the DJ booth. Even if there isn't a live performance, you'll always be able to find good music. Be sure to hit the dance floor that stretches between them. After all, what's a club if there is no dancing?

When you go to the Blue Martini nightclub, its defiance of categorization will strike you over and over again. The four bars would indicate that it is a bar, but the extensive menu screams restaurant. And the music and stage indicate that it is a club. When it comes down to it, you don't need to classify the Blue Martini. You just need to enjoy it.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE!

A terrible experience from top to bottom. Over-priced drinks, terrible food and a staff and management that don't care about their patrons. On top of that, when I visited in mid-December, I was told to remove my baseball cap, charged $5 for a "security" fee on top of the $20 cover charge (applied to men only) and when I left the establishment, the Blue Martini and their staff had lost my hat entirely! Gone. Someone STOLE it. They told me to screw off and after I wouldn't leave and demanded to speak to a manager, he begrudingly gave me $40 to replace the hat. Terrible, terrible, terrible time. DO NOT GO HERE. There are PLENTY of other great places in Las Vegas that would be happy to treat you and your belongings with courtesy and respect. Avoid this place at all costs!
