Tableau Restaurant Overview
Tableau in the Tower Suites at Wynn used to serve breakfast only to Wynn guests, but it now serves three meals a day to all Las Vegas visitors and locals. The Wynn does nothing that isn't chic and nuanced - so expect good things at Tableau. The restaurant is European style in terms of its rotunda shape and color scheme. Service is restrained, but quite efficient in true European style.
The best way to describe the menus here is ecreative'. A breakfast drink of watermelon juice proves that point. Another spark of genius is a duck dish on the breakfast menu. Surely that is a twist you won't have seen before. Lunch continues this creative vein, offering vegetable risotto, fava bean ravioli and a Dungeness crab club sandwich.
Dinner gets to be just a little more upscale, as is normal for restaurants in Las Vegas. A rich soup featuring prized morel mushrooms is one of the offerings for dinner. Morel mushrooms can be rare, so be sure to savor the soup if you order it. Some other dinner specialties are striped bass and pancetta-wrapped Kurobuta pork loin, among others.
No Las Vegas restaurant is complete without desserts, and Tableau is no exception. Its choices run the gamut from cheese to New World Dutch apple pie. Now all you need to do is to pick your favorite meal, pick up a menu and enjoy a good meal.
