***Because Vinyl Room is brand new, we don't yet have a confirmed guest list cutoff time. We'll update this page once we've run enough groups through to know the pattern.

****If you have more than 10 people in your group, you will have to make another submission. The maximum number of people per name on the guest list is 10. For example, Sara Reed +5 females and +5 males. If you have 12 people, you will have to add another entry for Sunny Maguire +1 female.

Vinyl Room Guest List for 2026

Vinyl Room took over the legendary 63rd-floor perch at Mandalay Bay once held by the Foundation Room, and it's a completely different animal than the gothic-mansion nightclub that ran there for over two decades. Live Nation and MGM Resorts International reimagined the space as a modern take on a 1970s Japanese high-fidelity listening lounge, with sweeping panoramic Strip views, curated vinyl records, and music memorabilia layered throughout, including a hand-installed wheatpaste poster wall celebrating the artists who've shaped Las Vegas' entertainment legacy.

Unlike a traditional Strip megaclub, Vinyl Room isn't built around a single massive dance floor — it's three connected spaces (the 78 Lounge, the 45 Dining Room, and the members-only 33 Room) that flow from happy hour and dinner into a late-night listening-lounge vibe. It's a genuinely different option if you want music and views without the wall-to-wall crowd of a 75,000-square-foot EDM club.

The Vinyl Room Layout

• Vinyl Room replaced the Foundation Room on Mandalay Bay's 63rd floor, opening August 8, 2026.
• Live Nation and MGM Resorts International partnered on the full redesign.
• The space is roughly 15,000 square feet, split into three named areas: the 78 Lounge, the 45 Dining Room, and the members-only 33 Room.
• Design draws from 1970s Japanese hi-fi listening lounges, with a hand-installed wheatpaste poster wall as a signature visual piece.
• The venue has an exclusive partnership with House of Blues for concert-night VIP access.

How Does The Vinyl Room Guest List Work?

We at Exploring Las Vegas thank you for checking our Vinyl Room Guestlist Page. This is a hotspot for a girl's/guy's night out and birthday, bachelor party, and bachelorette parties. We are excited about the opportunity to make your Vegas Vacation unforgettable.

Expect to wait a bit for a guest list entry, especially on large artist days. For busy holiday weekends and famous artists' parties, you might want to consider club tickets or our VIP Entry Service. Both tickets and VIP entry will guarantee you access; the guest list does not! Other options include the Las Vegas Party Pass or a Bar Card.

What is the Music at Vinyl Room?

Vinyl Room's format is broader than a typical DJ-driven nightclub. Sets span disco, funk, hip-hop, house, and vinyl-only sessions pulled from decades of Las Vegas entertainment history, with the room's programming shifting as the night moves from happy hour into late night. Recurring nights include Sunset Sessions, Rewind Wednesday, Hype Night, and Pura Vida, alongside rotating one-off events.

What is the Cost of the Vinyl Room Guest List?

Gender	Cover Charge	Guest List
Males	$20-$50+	Some nights are free with an even ratio.
Females	$20-$30+	The majority of the nights are free.

*Note: Submit your guest list entry, and we will get back to you with the details.

**This Caesar’s Nightclub requires an even ratio on the guest list on many nights, meaning the same number of ladies and men in a group, or more ladies than men, but not more men than ladies.

*** On some nights, the nightclub offers an open bar or drink ticket for ladies for a fixed amount of time. We will be happy to set you up with that.

When there is a popular artist on Fridays and Saturdays, they will usually have a hefty cover. For men, you can expect $30 to $50+ each, and ladies are usually $20-$30+ each. Get on the guestlist for:

• Ladies comp admission.
• Men comp or reduced.
• We recommend early arrival before 10 PM as they tend to close the guest list early.
• Hard cut-off for the list is at 1 AM unless they close it early.

What is the Vinyl Room Dress Code?

While all Las Vegas nightclubs and Vegas pool parties have a similar dress code, management will leave the decision to the discretion of the doorman to determine if you are dressed appropriately. Ladies, dress classy. Guys, jeans or shorts in the summer are fine; no athletic gear, ripped or baggy pants, and no hats. If you have any questions, ask your VIP host connection. Note: You will likely not get entry into the club if you wear "Air Jordans," so don't "poke the bear!"
