Jemaa Pool Las Vegas 2022

Where is JEMAA Beach Club located, exactly?

JEMAA is located in The Park MGM's hotel pool. You can get to this area by following signs pointing to the hotel's check-in area, and the pool entrance is located right next to it.

What's the vibe?

A beautiful-looking venue that matches the aesthetic majesty of the MGM City Center around it, JEMAA Pool & Beach Club is a fantastic pool venue for guests looking for a more low-key (comparatively) vibe than its higher-profile neighbors in Wet Republic, Encore Beach Club and Marquee Day Club.

You can find a mix of musical genres pouring from their speakers as a unique slew of artists, and headlining DJs take over their decks – from Questlove to Mark Ronson – you can expect a non-traditional approach to their musical style.

Sundays are reserved as a tropical EDM theme for the venue.

Dress Code & Proper Attire

dress code

Swim attire only, please! This is of the utmost importance. Everyone must have swimsuits on when entering a dayclub in Las Vegas – even if you don't plan on getting in the water!

No long pants, no baggy clothing, no athletic wear – it's a pool party, dress like it!

For a more in-depth look at dress codes in Vegas, visit our dress code guide.

What days is JEMAA open?

A mid-sized dayclub, JEMAA doubles as the hotel's pool area – the hotel pool is called The NoMad Pool – during the week and transforms into the JEMAA party on Fridays through Sundays: a venue that focuses on cocktails, bottle service, and "nuanced music programming," including a tropical house theme on Sundays.

What's the Cost of Entry for JEMAA Beach Club?

General admission cost varies from event to event – the bigger the event, the higher the cost of entry.

Here's what you can expect to pay to get into the venue without being on a guest list , having pre-sale tickets, or having a table reservation:

Males $20 - $50+
Females $20 - $30+

Males $20+
Females $20+

How much are drinks at a The Nomad Pool

Drinks at the bar have a wide range of pricing, anywhere from a $15 vodka soda to an $80 giant plastic tumbler of an alcoholic slushie. Bottles of water cost $10!

Due to the insane amount of demand, dayclubs in Las Vegas tend to have a higher-than-industry-standard pricing – for entry, for bottle service, for drinks, everything.

Why is that?

In contrast to nighttime venues – clubs, lounges, strip clubs, shows, etc. – there are far fewer pool venues and dayclubs in the city. While the population on the Strip gets spread out at night among many different places, it gets condensed into relatively few areas during the day.

In short – expect to pay a pretty penny at the bar to imbibe and rehydrate when at a Vegas pool party.

What can't I bring into the dayclub?

Here are some things that you will be either asked to throw away or go back to your room to deposit before coming back:

  • Vapes – while weed dispensaries are extremely popular and vaping is in vogue, most venues will not allow vapes inside their premises and will ask you to leave it in your room or at the very least throw away the cartridge inside, even if it isn't a CBD cartridge.
  • Camera equipment – the only recording equipment you are allowed to bring is the one on your phone. Digital cameras, selfie sticks, et al. are not allowed into the venue
  • Outside Food/Beverages
  • Prescription medication (or anything resembling pills) – if you need a specific type of prescription medication while you are inside the venue, you will have to bring the prescription and explain what the medicine is for; otherwise, expect to get pulled to the side.
  • Packs of gum – dayclubs tend to be a lot stricter about checking everything that goes into the venue, but guests have been known to try and sneak drugs inside packs of gum to get them into the venue, so expect to have your gum taken away at the door.
  • Oversized bags – anything larger than a ladies' clutch or a small knapsack will be denied into the venue. This applies to most backpacks, gym bags, totes, etc.

JEMAA Beach Club Guest List

jemaa guestlist

What is a guest list?

Nightclubs and pool parties in Las Vegas use a certain type of promotion that they run to drive people to their doors early. This promotion allows people to sign up on a guest list that gives them certain perks – free or discounted entry, ladies free drinks, etc. – by arriving and checking in at the club by a certain time.

Does JEMAA have a guest list?

Absolutely. JEMAA has a guest list available for pretty much all their events – and typically does FREE ENTRY as long as you arrive before the check-in time ends.

Here's what you can expect on the guest list:

Males Females
Free Entry before 2 pm check-in Free Entry before 2 pm check-in

Males Females
Free Entry before 2 pm check-in Free Entry before 2 pm check-in (may be Discounted Entry for big holiday weekends) Free Entry before 2 pm check-in

*Guestlist details are subject to capacity – if the club hits near capacity with the lines outside still full of people, the club may decide to start charging people early. Please come early for big events!

Please follow the recommended times on your guest list confirmation for the best results.

jemaa toast

These are pretty straightforward: you buy tickets for an event ahead of time and redeem them at the door for entry. Simple enough.

While most attendees will opt for the perks of the guest list or reserve a table, some folks might prefer just to buy tickets and guarantee their entry ahead of time, especially for big events where being on the guest list might require arriving before doors even open.

What is Bottle Service?

Bottle service, at least in Las Vegas, refers to reserving a table inside a nightclub or day club.

By definition, it generally refers to someone buying their drinks by the bottle and not by individual drinks over the bar. In other clubs in other cities, there are instances when someone can buy a bottle and not get a table, but those go hand in hand in Las Vegas – you cannot buy a bottle inside a venue without having your own booth.

How do I read pricing for Bottle Service?

jemaa presentation

All nightlife and daylife venues in Las Vegas operate on a minimum spend system. The clubs assign prices to the different table locations inside their venue, and to reserve one, customers must commit to spend that amount before their table gets seated.

In other words, the price listed on a pricing sheet under each table location is the minimum amount you need to spend to secure that location.

*Typical price sheets do not include tax, tip, and other potential venue charges

How can I get one of those cool bottle presentations?

Bottle presentations have become an art form over the years, and there are some truly absurd and over-the-top presentations.

To request one, you typically need to have a decent-sized minimum spend ($2000+) table and purchase one of the premium champagne bottle selections.

Tanks, tigers, boxing-themed presentations, champagne spraying… the list is seemingly endless for the creativity of the presentations these venues offer.

Simply let your host know, and we can communicate it to the server to arrange a presentation, or if a host is not present, your server can give you options on how to get a presentation done.

GRAND CABANAS (maximum 15-20 people)

jemaa grand-cabana

These oversized cabanas are the best locations in the venue; spacious and inviting; they feature a small private pool that is only shared with its neighboring cabana, separate from the main pool area.

There are only a couple of these available and are first-come, first-served.

Projected Pricing*:

NON-EVENT PRICING (Most Fridays and Sundays) - $2,000+

*Pricing fluctuates depending on demand and may not accurately reflect the price for your date of arrival.

PARTY CABANAS (maximum 10-15 people)

jemaa party-cabana

Slightly smaller than the Grand Cabanas, all the amenities – except for the shared pool – are pretty much the same, including lounge chairs and that highly-Instagrammable rattan egg chair!

Projected Pricing*:

NON-EVENT PRICING (Most Fridays and Sundays) - $2,000+

*Pricing fluctuates depending on demand and may not accurately reflect the price for your date of arrival.

LUXURY DAYBEDS (maximum 10 people)

jemaa luxury-daybed

These "daybeds" are more like mini-cabanas; they're daybeds, but they are set along the back wall of the venue, so they have a structure covering the top (most regular daybeds are exposed with only an umbrella for cover).

There is only a handful of these, and they feature a small pool area shared with the other luxury daybeds.

Projected Pricing*:

NON-EVENT PRICING (Most Fridays and Sundays) - $1,000+

*Pricing fluctuates depending on demand and may not accurately reflect the price for your date of arrival.

PARTY DAYBEDS (maximum 6-8 people)

jemaa daybed

Pretty much your standard pool daybed, these accommodate up to 8 people and are nicely positioned at the pool's edge, giving guests close proximity to the party!

While these beds admit 8 people, please note that you can seat maybe 3-4 at a time before it gets too crowded.

Another nice thing about these beds is the incline they're built at, allowing you to sit up and lounge while perusing the view in front of you, rather than laying all the way back like a traditional daybed and only looking straight up.

Projected Pricing*:

NON-EVENT PRICING (Most Fridays and Sundays) - $500+

*Pricing fluctuates depending on demand and may not accurately reflect the price for your date of arrival.

PARTY COUCHES (maximum 8-10 people)

jemaa party-couch

Want to feel like you're hanging out with your friends in your backyard? Say no more: these Party Couch locations are a simple yet elegant solution to solving the issue of "everybody needs to get to sit!" and at the cost, they are an absolute steal!

Projected Pricing*:

NON-EVENT PRICING (Most Fridays and Sundays) - $250+

*Pricing fluctuates depending on demand and may not accurately reflect the price for your date of arrival.

How Do I Calculate My Bill?

Let's break it down. Assuming you have a $500 minimum booked (and don't go over that total), here's how the bill would end up breaking down:

$500 (subtotal)
$41.88 (Nevada sales tax is 8.375%)
$50.00 (Venue Fee is 10%)
$100 (20% tip to the server)
Total: $691.88

Just like you would with any investment (e.g., buying a car), it's always best to assume that there may be more to pay than the sticker price.

*That total doesn't include any potential "handshake deal" you might want us to make with the club's host podium to secure express entry or preferred location (on extremely busy nights). A handshake is a tip in industry terms; basically, there are times when we can cut a deal and tip the host podium to give us preferential treatment, whether it's to hold a specific table or give you a table at a lower minimum than advertised. These deals are cut on a case-by-case basis; contact us on the button below, and we can advise you accordingly!

We've included a handy tool below for you, or don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or recommendations.

NOTE: Some events may charge an extra Live Entertainment Tax (LET) depending on the headlining performer, though that typically is not the case for this venue.

JEMAA Beach Club Menu

Yes, they serve food.

jemaa food

Unlike the nightclubs, dayclubs all serve food in some form or fashion, and yes – whatever you order can go towards the minimum spend requirement!

Some dayclubs, however, will require you to have a table to food – otherwise, you're just asking for plates to be littered everywhere and food bits all around the venue!

Can I bring sunscreen?

Yes, sunscreen is allowed into the venue, and yes, you can take it in a small knapsack (that will be checked before entry).
