Olympians in Las Vegas

Members of USA Olympic Men's and Womenís Gymnastic teams attended a performance of Le RÍve at Wynn on Friday, August 29. The athletes were in Las Vegas training for the upcoming 2008 World Tour of Gymnastic Superstars, which kicked off September 7th at the Lawlor Events Center at the University of Nevada, Reno.

The Olympians and the cast of Le Reve, many of them Olympians themselves, posed for group photos after the performance. Excited by the Aqua Theaterís elaborate staging and rigging system, one of the gymnasts stated how much he would love to test them out.

As the Olympians joined the stage, 100 plus cast and crew members sang "Happy Birthday" to USA team member Alexander Artemev. Prior to the show, the Olympians dined at Daniel Boulud with Le Reve casting director Louanne Madorma who surprised the birthday boy with a special cake.
