Flamingo Las Vegas

The Flamingo Las Vegas (formerly known as The Fabulous Flamingo, The Flamingo Hotel & Casino, and the Flamingo Hilton Las Vegas) was opened by the notorious mobster Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel in 1946 at a cost of $6 million. It was one of the first casino and hotel properties on the Las Vegas Strip, and it was designed to attract the rich and famous.

Today the Flamingo Las Vegas is owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment. This tropical South Beach and Miami-style resort stays true to its theme with the Wildlife Habitat, where guests can get up close and personal with 80 beautiful pink flamingos. This peaceful 15-acre garden oasis also has streams, cascading waterfalls, exotic birds, turtles, and fish. It includes a 72,299-square-foot casino, 3,460 hotel rooms, multiple bars, and restaurants like the famous Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, two pools – the Beach Club Day Pool and the GO Pool Dayclub, spa & fitness, two garden wedding chapels, shows, and attractions. Fun Facts: Most people think The Flamingo Las Vegas was the first hotel to open on the Strip, but it was the third. It is also the last remaining casino on the Strip that opened before 1950, and it is the oldest on the Strip in operation today.

Flamingo Junior Suite - all the same amenities and space of the Flamingo Premium Room, but with more privacy plus a private bedroom separated from the living area.

Go Room - 350 sq. ft. with 1 King bed, a city view, tech-savvy accessories, electronic window treatments, a 42" flat-screen TV, wireless Internet, and non-smoking. The bathrooms have stylish frosted glass walls and doors, walk-in showers, and luxurious bath amenities.

Go Mini Suite - 550 sq. ft. with an ultra-soft King pillow-top bed, electronic window treatments, an attached sitting room with a 42" flat-screen TV, refrigerator, non-smoking, and the bathrooms come with a walk-in shower.

Neapolitan Suite - 700 sq. ft., one bedroom with 1 King bed, non-smoking, a living area, electronic drapes, a coffee maker, one full bath with marble countertops, double sinks, and a multiple jetted shower fixture plus a separate half bathroom.
