Plaza Hotel

The famous Plaza Hotel & Casino has been an integral part of Downtown Las Vegas' history for over 50 years. When it opened in 1971 with 500 rooms, it became the world's largest hotel and casino. In 2011, the hotel and casino underwent a $35 million revamp, modernizing the property throughout.

This 4.1-star hotel has been in several music videos, TV programs, and movies like Back to the Future Part II, The Stand, Diamonds are Forever, Pay It Forward, and Casino.

Plaza Rooms Amenities – Each room/suite has its own unique amenities. Basic amenities include hypo-allergenic bedding, premium bedding, eco-friendly toiletries, hairdryer, toiletries, desk, free local calls, iron/ironing board (on request), laptop-friendly workspace, phone, and safe.

Hotel Room Types – Luxe Room, Luxe Room with Two Queen Beds, Deluxe Room, Deluxe Room with Two Beds, Deluxe Smoking Room, Pool Patio Room, Junior Studio, Mini-Suite, One-Bedroom Suite, Luxe Room Suites, Two-Bedroom Suite, and Penthouse Suite.

Casino – an 80,000 square foot casino filled with slots, table games, bingo, and keno.

Race and Sportsbook – at the William Hill Sportsbook, guests will find TV screens, a bar, comfortable seating, betting kiosks, over-the-counter wagers, and more.

Fitness Center –state-of-the-art equipment that includes treadmills and dumbbells, battle ropes, a boxing bag, medicine balls, sledgehammers for hitting tires, and more.

Vegas Golf – For Golf tee times can be arranged through Exploring Las Vegas.

Pool Parties – a 70,000 square foot rooftop pool deck on the 5th floor offers a 12-person hot tub, cabanas, and a unique view of the Fremont Street Experience. In addition to the pool, guests can enjoy games like cornhole, table tennis, pickleball, mini-craps, blackjack, and more. In the area at Circa you will find Stadium Swim the coolest pool party in Sin City and recently built within walking distance.

Vegas Nightclub – there is not a Las Vegas nightclub in the Plaza Hotel; check out Troy Liquor Bar at Golden Nugget or down the street on Fremont East Commonwealth and Discopussy. There are also plenty of Vegas nightlife options in the area as well.

Restaurants & Bars Bar

Food Court: featuring Coffee Bar, Fresh Mexican Grill, Manchu Wok, Subway, and McDonald's.

Hash House A Go Go – massive portions of farm-fresh food served for lunch and dinner.

Omaha Bar – located on the casino floor in the middle of all the action offering drink specials and progressive jackpots.

Oscar's Steakhouse – named after the notorious and former mob attorney and Mayor of Las Vegas, this upscale restaurant features seafood and Certified Angus Beef and USDA prime steaks alongside house-made sides, salads, desserts, and a full-service bar.

Pop up Pizza – a New York pizzeria serving pizzas made with homemade sauce, fresh ingredients, homemade tomato sauce, and a "secret dough recipe."

Race and Sportsbook Bar – adjacent to the Sportsbook located on the casino floor. A great place to grab a drink before checking out your favorite sporting event.

The Sand Dollar Downtown – the second location for this iconic bar and eatery featuring live entertainment.

Shopping – the Plaza Hotel Gift Shop, where guests can pick up essentials and souvenirs, there are plenty of shopping options close The Plaza.

CORE Arena – an outdoor equestrian center adjacent to the hotel with two outdoor arenas for roping practice and exercise during the NFR, plus 80 stalls.

Studio 72 – if you love selfies, this one-of-a-kind photo with disco décor is ideal.
