You and your group are sitting in a Las Vegas nightclub, bar, or lounge, and you hear those dreaded words, "last call," but you aren't ready to end your evening. Where is there to go? Head over to Drai's After Hours, the original after-hours spot in Las Vegas, still standing as the leader in late-night entertainment on the Strip. Located in the basement of the Cromwell Hotel & Casino, Drai's After Hours is dedicated to night owls and late-night party-goers.
From the casino floor, walk toward the Las Vegas Strip past the casino tables, and Drai's After Hours red glowing sign will lure you in the moment you see it. Once you make your way through the sometimes-extensive entry lines, the golden elevator doors to the basement will open and bring you into a sexy haven where you will see a dim crimson red tone covering the walls and floors in a uniquely designed space. Drai's After Hours is 13,000 square feet of seductive space that includes two large dance floors in two separate rooms that often have two DJs playing different genres of music. In the Main Room, it's Hip-Hop and R&B focused like its sister Club, Drai's Nightclub, on the rooftop of the Cromwell, while the other room has experimented with Reggaeton, Salsa and Cumbia music.
Overall, the Club has 55 Bottle Service Tables and a state-of-the-art sound system in each of its main rooms and its two main bars. If you're up late and want to keep the party going, Drai's After Hours is the place to satisfy your late-night club cravings. Its exclusive appeal attracts many celebrities and high rollers and provides a seductive, intimate, and sexy environment to meet affluent partiers.
Before I continue, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Brian Pfeiffer, owner of the parent company, Surreal LLC, the holding company of this site. I am a licensed independent host by the Nevada Gaming Commission and as a Clark County Professional Promoter. We book 100's of groups each month and have 1000's of 5-star reviews over five large authority websites. Our passion is making your Sin City trip unforgettable, and with our package deals and years of experience, you can count on us to make excellence happen.
Drai's After Hours Guest List
There typically is a guestlist for ladies, but because it's such a late-night party, you can't always guarantee signing up in the middle of the night during regular club hours. If you plan on getting on the guestlist for Drai’s After Hours, it's best to sign up when you get on the list for the regular-hours club or alert your VIP Host ahead of time so you don't get stuck at the door with no method of getting in. Guestlist does not guarantee entry!
Management reserves the right to change the rules on the guest list if they start to reach capacity limits, especially since the venue is smaller than some of the bigger clubs in Vegas and will have more people than it will be able to admit at the door.
Bottle Service guests at the main nightclub are allowed access to the after-hours party, but it's always best to get a table here, too, due to the popularity of the party. Trust me; you will want your own space to sit – even pros need a breather on the bench in extended minutes.
Exploring Las Vegas Insider Tip: Planning your night before ending up here? Did you know that some nightclubs offer an open bar for ladies? Check out our complete guide to Las Vegas Open Bar Deals.
General Admission tickets at the door vary from event to event, with prices anywhere from $20-$50 for female tickets and $30-$100 for male tickets. Drai's Afterhours tickets are tiered their after-hours pricing to the event at the main nightclub, so expect pricing to reflect the level of the headliner at the nightclub (e.g., if Chris Brown performed that night and the club is packed, they are going to expect a certain amount to bleed down into the after-hours party and will charge accordingly).
Drinks vary in price at the bar. Drai's After Hours falls above the industry standard of pricing for drinks, as drinks range from $12 - $20 per drink and Beers from $10 - $15 each. Individual 1L Bottles start at $495 plus, and Bottle Service minimums typically range from $600 - $3,000+ before tax, tips, and fees.
What is a "minimum"? Do I have to pay for a table separately from bottles?
Vegas nightclubs often operate on a minimum spend requirement (or "min," for short) system for their table reservations. The customer must either reach or exceed the amount set for their minimum spend. While the table is not charged separately, the better the location, the higher the minimum spend requirement. To reach this minimum requirement, the customer can order anything from the beverage menu (bottled alcohol, cases of beer, bottled water, Red Bulls, etc., all count toward your minimum requirement).
Group size could also be a factor in raising your minimum spend. The larger your group, the more accommodations the venue has to make to provide the same VIP experience to its customers. For example, a party of 15-20 people will require a larger space than the typical customer and require more staff service; thus, their minimum would be much higher than a customer coming in with five people.
Is Bottle Service Worth The Cost?
Absolutely! Whether this is your first time in Vegas or your fifth time, bottle service is the ultimate clubbing experience. While venturing onto the dance floor and exploring the venue are memorable experiences on their own, nothing is quite like being able to return to your own area, away from the crowd, and enjoy the artists' stunning performances. If your budget allows for it, I highly suggest booking Bottle Service. If you are a group of guys trying to pull girls or vice versa, tables are the 🔑 to help that process.
How do I make a reservation, and can I choose my section?
We make reservations simple - fill out a form, and one of our VIP Hosts will be in touch shortly to go over your options. The Club's management determines where to seat each confirmed table reservation. We call this " plotting the room ." Once again, the higher your minimum, the better the location. We can request and promise specific table locations based on customer requests. Here's a couple of things that can help us deliver on our promises:
Arrive on time! We can secure your preferred table, but we cannot ask the venue to hold it the entire night, waiting for you to show up.
Agree to the recommended minimum for your preferred location. If you want a dance floor table, we can make that happen, provided you agree to the required minimum spend it takes to book it.
Table Service Locations
Pro Tip: While there are no terrible tables in the venue, here are some short insights into the different table areas and what to expect inside the venue. For more info, please refer to our 3D table map above.
DJ Booth Tables
Located in the raised part of the main room behind the DJ booth, these two tables offer the best combination of being in the party while being far enough removed to avoid having someone from the dance floor inadvertently run into your space. These areas go for $2,000+.
Main Room Dance Floor
There are 10 dance floor tables ringing the main room's floor and are all prime locations if your intention is to be located where the action is. These tables comfortably fit 8-10 people; minimums start at $1,500.
Upper Dance Floor
Same size booths as the dance floor for ½ the cost and one level up. Minimums can range from $750-$1K entry level on most nights
These are small tables by the bar areas and can usually be secured with the lowest minimums the club is accepting that night. Perfect for smaller groups who don't want to be thrust into the madness of the main room. Minimums start at $500.
The Main Bar
Right when you walk in on the left in the main room is the main bar there are a row of 4–6-seater tables across from the main bar, these get a lot of action on a busy night and are usually an entry level minimum around $500.
Side VIP Room/Second Room
The first area you'll encounter when walking into the club is Drai's After Hours' secondary room. Tables are a little more spaced out here, and there's more room to walk around, with most of the population congested into the main room. Minimums here are typically $500+ on a regular night.
Bottle Service Table Costs
The minimum spend agreements or "The Min" is the amount of money you agree to spend to reserve the table or real estate in the Nightclub for an evening. The spend amount is a credit to be used on the menu toward Bottles, Red Bulls, or waters. Standard mixers like soda, Sprite and Cola Products, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Orange Juice are unlimited and brought to you by the cocktail server throughout the night as you run out. Most Premium 1L Bottles on the menu are $695, each with a few bottles priced at $995 each. For example, say you did a $2,500 minimum spend agreement, that would allow you to get at least three 1L Bottles of Belvedere Vodka with about $400 leftover for Red Bulls or Waters.
Typically, we can do better than the prices posted online. The venue has a tipping system or handshakes for lowering the minimum spends and therefore the overall cost on the table.
Here is example of a quote Afterhours
Dance Floor - 2k +5 or 3K
Upper Dance Floor - 1k +5 or 2k
Notice the 3000 Min plus 34.10% tip and tax(auto grat) is $4023 all in. If you choose the podium tip option $2000 min plus 34.10% tip and tax(auto grat) plus $500 tip is $3182 all in, however you get $1000 less to spend on booze!
Just hit us up for the “not listed” prices and we will shoot over and pricing menu. Once you decide on the option that is best for you, we will generate a link from the club and you can lock in your spot and price for 30% down of the minimum spend.
We do offer some bottle packages on Thursday, most Fridays, and Sundays. A bottle package is two three bottles offered at an all-in price which is significantly less than the retail prices on two to three bottles.
How do I get my guests in if they arrive late?
Ideally, you want to have the whole group together when you walk to your table. However, we understand that sometimes life (or at least Vegas party life) gets in the way. Suppose your table has already entered and is sitting; in that case, the person joining you can go up to the host standing at the table reservation line and give your table number plus the name the table is booked under (you can find out your table number by asking your server or security staff if you are unsure).
How do I order a Bottle Presentation?
You must have a significant reservation booked (usually around $1000 or more) and purchase a bottle of champagne to qualify for the presentation. Let your Exploring Las Vegas VIP Host know, and one of us will be happy to communicate this request to your server.
What is a Girl Guy Host?
Let's say you are a group of guys who want to buy bottle service. A girl guy's job is to approach your table and ask if you would like him to round up some girls to help fill out your table…for a tip (we call that "handshakes" in the industry). He then does the legwork of recruiting girls around the venue to introduce them to your table. The girls are happy they get to join a table, your group is happy that there are girls at your table, and the girl guy walks away happy with a handshake. Everybody wins!
But before you employ any venue's girl guy, be sure to ask your Exploring Las Vegas VIP Host (like me) first. We will have plenty of Vegas girls in town on any given weekend and will most likely know a few at this particular venue that we can invite to your table. If your group and the girls don't mesh for whatever reason, we can always ask the girl guy to try their hand at it. Usually, large groups of pretty girls are at the venue because of a girl comp.
We also offer atmosphere models for a group of guys who just want some pretty Vegas party girls to hang out with at the table and keep them entertained. A good rule of thumb is a $100 an hour per girl for a 3-hour minimum.
What is the Dress Code for Afterhours?
As with any nightclub in Las Vegas, Drai's After Hoursenforces a dress code. Since "dress to impress" is the motto of all nightclubs in Sin City, business casual or formal attire is recommended.
Below is a list of "no-go" items: Shorts or Capris, Sandals/Flip Flops, Sneakers, Sports Hats, Work Boots/Steel toe boots like Timberlands, Baggy Pants, Jean Shorts/Cutoff Shorts, Sweatpants, Undergarments, Jerseys and Athletic Gear, Ripped, torn, stained, see-through, or cut up clothing, or Chains, Excessive jewelry
Ladies, almost anything goes as long as your skirt/dress is not too short, and your top is not too low, and if you can't manage a night in heels, please wear comfortable flats or bring foldable slippers – bare feet is not allowed and could get you removed from the Club.
Please use common sense. You're in Vegas; you're out for a night on the town, so dress appropriately in clothes that make you look good and feel good. We offer a complete dress code guide to the dress code at all Las Vegas Nightclubs. If you have any questions about what to wear, we suggest you read it – it's everything you need to know before you go. No one wants to stand in long lines only to get turned away at the door because you didn't follow the dress code rules.
Security at the nightclubs is rigorous. Before you enter, you will be asked to empty your pockets or have your purse checked and must submit to a pat-down and metal detector scan – it's similar to a TSA check at the airports, only stricter. Please be sure to read our comprehensive Guide to Las Vegas Nightclub Security.
Big Tip: You must be 21 to enter and have a valid form of ID; pictures on your phone are not accepted, and neither are papers. International guests, bring your passport; your foreign IDs will not work here.

Exploring Las Vegas Final Word!
After 15 years of sending groups to Afterhours, I think I have this place figured out. I did love this place when they had the tech house seen rocking, I am not a huge hip hop buff, but I do like to change things up once in a while, and they is a great hip hop after party. One of the best in the world for sure! We have bottle package deals on Thursdays, Most Fridays, and Sundays so we can get you a great spot for a decent amount of retail. If you want a tech house afterparty check out terrace afterhours, or Disco Pussy.
