Signature at MGM Grand

The Signature at MGM Grand, just off the Las Vegas Strip, is a non-gaming, non-smoking, all-suite – condo-hotel consisting of three towers, each 38 stories in height, with a total of 1,728 units. Each suite tower features a private heated pool, both family-friendly and adults-only.

The Signature is located next to the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino yet remains pleasantly secluded with a private entrance and lobby to welcome visitors.

The Signature property offers guests a selection of spacious, deluxe one-bedroom and two-bedroomsuites, many with private balconies and Strip views. Guests are treated to all the amenities expected from luxurious accommodations, including pillow-top beds, whirlpool tubs, high-end appliances, LCD flat-screen high definition TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
