Luxor Las Vegas

Luxor Las Vegas, one of the most recognizable hotels globally, burst onto the Sin City Strip in 1993. It has since been expanded and renovated several times to modernize the design of the property and increase the room capacity. Named after the city of Luxor in Egypt, this 30-story pyramid-shaped and Egyptian-themed hotel is owned and operated by MGM Resorts International. It has a 120,000 sq. ft. casino and the world's largest atrium holding over 2,000 slot machines and 87 table games. There are 4,407 guest rooms and suites that line the main tower's interior walls and the 22-story twin ziggurat towers. The Luxor was built in only 18 months by Circus Circus Enterprises for 375 million dollars and is renowned not only for its pyramid shape, but also for its Sky Beam set atop the pyramid.

Las Vegas is the brightest city in the world, and while there are 12 million brilliant, dazzling lights on the Strip, the iconic Luxor Sky Beam shines above them all. "At 42.3 billion candelas, it is the strongest beam of light in the world. On a clear night, it is visible up to 275 miles away, but even though legend has it that the Luxor light can be seen from space, that is a myth!The Luxor is an affordable vacation destination. Featuring four large sections of pool area totaling 19,000 square feet. The pool deck is one of the largest in Las Vegas, with 125,650 square feet. Guests can register with the attendants for complimentary towels, lounge chairs, and personal service from poolside beverage attendants

North Pool

Temptation Sundays– celebrating 11 years of wet and wild fun this season at the city's best LGBTQ+ pool party. Hosted by popular local personality J.Son, Temptation has become a must-do in Las Vegas. Enjoy fun themed parties, weekly drink specials, surprise celebrity guests, and a series of guest DJs spinning the hottest mixes for the summer. Reservations are required.
